If you are still not satisfied, we will refund the product price for any eligible items you have opened or used, and you will be able to return any unused, unopened items from the same order for a full refund, excluding delivery fees.

For fairness, this guarantee only applies if no more than 2 packs from your first order have been opened or used. Any unused, unopened packs from the same order must be returned to us before a refund can be completed.

The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returns. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer, without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods and the returned package has been checked at our warehouse.
